3. Jared Velheer - OT/OG - Monster OL prospect who has played against some weaker competition at the D-II level. He excels in pass protection, but could be a better fit inside at an OG spot in Martz's Offense and could ultimately develop into a RT if the other fellas don't pan out we have outside. He certainly has the frame for it at nearly 6'9". Not a roadgrader type, but at 315 lbs., he's big enough to hold his own at the point of attack if he can play with leverage inside. Has the potential to battle for a starting job from Day 1.
4. Dan LeFevour - QB - I know you may all disagree with this, but Caleb Hanie in the lineup marks the end of our season without a doubt. LeFevour was being talked about as the 3rd best QB in this class. He's a prototypical pocket passer, tough kid, intelligent, and has experience in the spread with multiple receiver formations running all over the field. Because of that, he's capable of making snap decisions, has a decent arm, and gets the ball out of his hand in a hurry. I like him as a long term developmental backup in Martz's system.
5. Trevard Lindley - CB - Lindley was considered one of the top CB's in the Draft last year, but returned for his Senior season. He was a Freshmen All-American, an All-SEC performer, and one of the top cover men in College football against some of the toughest competition in the nation. But undersized at 177 lbs. (despite being 6'0") and lacking elite level speed (clocked a 4.53 at the combine and 4.50 at his Pro Day), Lindley has seen his stock slide. The Bears could pull down a very talented CB here that could eventually allow them to move Tillman to FS, or depending on the Defense (especially if this is Lovie's last season), see Lindley moved to excellent ground covering FS himself. Either way, he's a quality DB.
6. Jacoby Ford - WR - I don't care what anyone says about the WR's we've put on the field so far, but Martz's Offense is dramatically improved with the more burners he can line up on Sunday that you have to cover. I have no idea how you could possibly cover a lineup consisting of at least three WR's running sub 4.3's. Ford was the fastest man at the combine with a sub 4.3 time in the 40 (4.23), and while he's undersized at 5'9", when I think of him on the field with Devin Hester and Johnny Knox, I can't help but think of how you could possibly cover these guys. Ford was the fastest man in the ACC and has world class speed. The same can be said for the other two. He's an ideal slot receiver and probably doesn't have a future beyond a team's #3 role, but I'll take that with this kid in the 6th Round.
7. Sam Shields - S/CB - Shields had a crazy career at Miami. A great Special Teams player and the fastest player on the Hurricanes roster, Shields made the transition from WR to DB in his Senior season and started in 11 of 13 games. He's an amazing athlete who has developmental prospect written all over him. His good size at 6'1", 190 lbs. for a 4.30 flat FS (his time at his Pro Day) is enough to warrant a 7th Round pick, especially considering he was one of the top special teams players in the nation in College. Nobody will argue his ability to cover ground in the secondary.

I love Lefevour. I think he is the 2nd best QB prospect in this draft. but I doubt the Bears will draft a QB. The rest of your list looks pretty good. Sooner or later the Bears will get lucky & draft a good CB/S. They have drafted a bunch of bad ones in recent years.
