Lovie has a system in place, most of the guys are coming back and some upgrades will be made, but the basis is in place.
There will be a lockout and this season MIGHT start 2 weeks late, with a 2 game preseason and thus very little preparation for a team. So the team with coaches, players and systems in place will thrive early at the very least. The Bears have that ingredient.

The Bears ended up playing one of the easiest schedules in the league in 2010 (23rd hardest). That (along with the previously noted lack of injury) is unlikely to be repeated given that they won the division.
