Now that the Cubs have been turned over completely to a baseball man, am I the only Bears fan that would love to see the McCaskeys do what the Ricketts just did and turn over complete football control over to the football equivalent of Theo?

Maybe even grab someone from the Patriots braintrust?

As long as Virginia is alive the Bears aren't going to be sold. Would love to see the Bears hire a competent head of Football Operations and put him in charge completely of on field decisions.
