Rips Cutler every chance he gets for his mechanics but cant be critical of Vick who has worse mechanics than Cutler.

I remember Vick made a really nice throw near the sideline and Jaws or Gruden raved about the throw, but Vick's footwork was just awful on the play. But not a peep about mechanics in this particular instance.

And Steve Young wasn't a classic drop back passer either in his first few years in the NFL....drop back, look for an open receiver, not open, then run. It took a few years for the 49ers to refine Young and his abilities.

That's what I always figured the problem with Steve Stone and Kerry Wood was. Kerry kept changing his auto mechanic. He misunderstood.
