I know Hanie sucks,but if the Bears committed to a "west coast" offense with short, high %-type passes and a dedicated running game,they would have built up Hanies confidence,not to mention the O-Lines. As expected,the loss of Forte is not as noticeable because the combo of the other two can "run" too. If Barber stayed in bounds last week,he doesn't fumble in OT.

Martz might have destroyed the chances of Smith,Angelo,Hanie getting employed next year by anyone. Smith has a chance but the Bears usally take their time before launching anyone. By that time,the jobs may be gone.
