Knowing what we know now, would the Bears have been better off if we had signed a free agent QB like Warner/Bledsoe when we had the chance?

They had Warner in here and made him a legitimate offer. Warner wanted to start and he saw Josh Mc Cown as an easier player to beat out than Rex Grossman. Playing in the Valley of the Sun didn't hurt either.

I think Bledsoe would have been a bad fit for us.

Griese is as good of a signing as either of them in my opinion. The signing is two years late.
