Meh... if there aren't cap ramifications that outright prevent them from making another move or two that upgrades/adds-depth/gets-the-bears-younger at a position of need then I'd say you midaswell give him one more go and see if you can get some better blocking for him. Although the fundamental irony of that position is that to improve the blocking for him on special teams you'd prolly have to use the $$ allocated for him and upgrade your young depth at positions of need like linebacker.
That said, if the Bears are going to go the route of saying goodbye to a FOTF like Urlacher, I reckon they'd want to appease the jersey-wearing-contingent of their customer base and take one more flier on "The Windy City Flier"
