FWIW, Gould is in the top five for FGM from 29 yards and in. I think he's kicked and made four within that range. That reflects drives that stall in or around the red zone; too many points have been left on the field, especially at Detroit, and most unfortunately so today when they kicked a FG after a long, promising drive.

The model this year is Denver. They've got no attempts from anything less than the 40-49 range. It's TD each and every time they're down there. And even if you look at a good offense that isn't superhuman, let's say...San Diego, they've only got one FGM made within the 20-29 range, and the rest are longer.

So on the one hand the Bears are getting deep into opponent territory, which is good, but they're just not converting the way you'd like.
