This is a game that should bring out the meatball in all of us. I expect both teams to be kind of tight the first 2 series and then I expect the Bears to get rolling and hold on for a close one.

Bears win 30-27.

So....according to Wayne Larivee, the Packers had a LOT of trouble getting into their team hotel today.   The meatballs caused a multi-hour delay right there on Michigan avenue.

I feel bad that I couldn't be there doing my part. :( I assume you were there, Nas?

Of course I was. Honking horns and door knocking is needed around 4am. A little food poisoning wouldn't hurt either.

I'm skipping the little kid stuff like that.

All I do is punch clavicles.

Special teams will be HUGE in this one....return game Cobb over Hester? Gould over Crosby and the most important Mashtay over Podiesh . I think the weather will be a factor to Rodgers shoulder.

A merciful end to the season. Packers 38 Bears 10. Game is over after 1st qtr.

ST has gone backwards, much like Hester's return style, since Joe D arrived. This game is all on the offense.

My biggest fear is that the Bears lose this game by one possession and Cutler plays an okay game and gets his contract.

If the Bears are to lose this game then we need Cutler to play one of his worst games as a Bear. He's a bad quarterback and not the future for this franchise, it's so clear to me. A part of me is almost rooting against him so we can get this era over with. Moving on from him and having Trestman work on a new project at QB is best for this team down the road, in my opinion.

At the same time, the closer we get to game time the more full on meatball I'm going to get about the Bears winning. I want them to win, but if they don't, at least do me the favor of getting destroyed.

Unfortunately, I got a bad feeling I'm not going to get either outcome.

Packers 35
Bears 31

Blasphemer!!!

Bears win by more than a FG. and I think both backup qb's will take a snap or two. Expect Cutler and Rodgers to get pushed down after every play.

I'm full meatball today. Hoping for the best, even though I have little faith in Cutler or the defense. I'll go Bears by six, anyway.

This game will be the last game Cutler plays as a Bear. I fully expect him to wilt as will the defense and Rodgers will be Rodgers.

Cutler will go out as a punk.

Packers 27
Bears 10

Why do you describe yourself as a "meaball" because you're excited for this game and want the Bears to win? Bernstein is too much in your head. Being excited and wanting the Bears to make the playoffs doesn't make you a meatball. Meatball is used to describe stupid people.

Anything Dan Bernstein says should rejected out of hand immediately. Dan just plays the anti-homer role because it makes him look astute and above it all.

Fuck him with a broken glass bottle.

I know the Bears will lose today, because that's the life of a Chicago sports fan, but I will be cheering for them nonetheless in hopes they will prove me wrong.

There were meatballs before Bernstein...

Being meatball is expecting greatness on every play for your team. Thinking and acting irrationally like chaining a girl to a radiator for companionship.

I don't think this game will be close. One team will get on a roll early and things will snowball.

And that team, my friends, will be the Bears.

I'm revising to 37-10.
