Packers 31

Bears 27

Reserves play most of the game.

in all honesty, the QB thing is nothing to worry about. if rex sucks and they pull him, i think greise is a fine replacement.

HOWEVER

what about the defense? we have no backup for this awful awful awful defense right now.

on another topic, cedric benson still looks like ten times the back TJ is.

Let me preface this by saying that I'm very, very drunk, and it is very difficult for me to type right now. But, Rex looks like a piece of poop that a dog ate and then pooped again to make double doggie poop. I think that's pretty bad. But I'm not worried.

I love Grey Goose.

How's that 0.0 rating going for you guys?

Griese starts the 2nd half, no questions asked.

You know it's bad when I rather see Wade Wilson at QB then Rex.

Prediction: Nas will say Rex's abysmal performance is a good thing because he always plays well after being awful the game before.

Lovie's plan was obviously to play Griese in the 2nd half. I'll bet he's rethinking that. I say Grossman plays the 3rd. We'll see.

I was wrong. I wonder if this is now an audition instead of just getting reps for Griese.

It's 3 weeks too late. Better to stick with Rex.

I'm actually mad at the bears for being terrible for losing a meaningless game.

Yeah. I agree. Stick with Rex. Griese doesn't look good. You can't expect him too. I was just wondering what Lovie was thinking. Well the talk shows have programing for the entire week.

Griese has thrown two picks in the red zone. So shut the f*ck up all the Griese lovers. It is what it is at this point. Grossman for better or worse.

ok.

well...greise looks pretty awful too.

however, one last time...Benson looks fantastic. it seems like every time he gets the ball he's running for 8 to 10 yards.

I said in training camp that Benson was better then Jones. It's no surprise to me he's doing well. He gets yards that Jones can't get. I've seen it all along. To bad the coaches can't see it.

Ok, so I missed most of the game, but a 0.0 QB rating? 26 points to GB? Can't exactly feel warm and fuzzy about that going into the playoffs. They will play one of three crappy teams and I no longer feel as secure as I did 8 hours ago. Shit.

The bright spot was hearing Lovie say after the game that they pulled Rex because that kind of play is unacceptable. A few week ago, all we heard was "Rex is our quarterback." X5

This time he was saying that a change had to be made. Does this mean that Lovie is open to change now, should the game dictate it...finally...?

Too fucking late now. He should have had at least five weeks of starts at this point...At least five weeks - although some would have put him in even sooner during the season.

Why is Devin Hester on the field?

We were trying to figure that out too. It looked like Favre only audibled to Hester's side once (Hester got beat and the ball was over-thrown), but I would have thought that Favre would pounce on that opportunity all night...

AND, Manning was consistently late coming over for help.

There were just too many problems last night to even begin to disect.

the biggest problem last nite is that the game meant jackshit and the bears just wanted to get it over with. i fully expect them to be ready for the playoffs, and blitz through the entire NFC on thier way to miami.

You're kidding Nas. They look horrible. Makes everybody look fat and slow. Just stick to the clasic blue jerseys with white pants. Like you've been wearing forever. Also no more orange Jerseys.
