I like Wade, but it will take time for the Bears to add the players needed to run that scheme, and the front office will use it as an excuse to keep Shea on board for a couple more years which will set things back a little too.

Plus, it might turn into the defensive version of bringing in Mike Martz, which could be a disaster in its own right.

If the Bears really want to fix the problem, go out and get a real Head Coach.

Not sure we have 2. We have an older and seemingly out of shape Briggs trying to cover up for Williams and Bostic. Coaching has to be awful.
