Now, I admit that I might not be able to break down what goes into being good at special teams. I can only tell good or bad by what I see on the field. I'll even grant for the sake of argument that Taub had better talent. However, you simply cannot look at this pile of dog turd that is the Bear ST and not blame the coach. Punting, Punt Returns, Kickoff, Kickoff Returns, Field Goals and Defending Field Goals have all been remarkably bad since this guy started coaching here.
O'Donnell is a player with a lot of skills in desperate need of coaching. Those punts that are blocked and nearly blocked are not a blocking problem. He holds the ball too long. This can easily be remedied.
