When I read this comment, I immediately imagined this guy being right next to the door, ready to run out if a player got aggressive or angry. Am I crazy? What crazy tactic is it to address your players from the back of the room with their backs turned to you?

Others noted that Trestman frequently addresses the team at full-squad meetings from the back of the room -- facing their backs -- rather than the front and there have been fiery exchanges between players in the locker room as well without the head coach or general manager putting down a mandate for what is and is not acceptable.

Can you imagine if The Bears were on HBO Hard Knocks this past season?

All this weird stuff would have been seen, documented and ridiculed to no end.

I remember when Coach Joe Philbin in Miami was trying to tell the washed up Chad Johnson he was cut on Hard Knocks. Philbin came across as weird, weak and indecisive. Trestman would have probably made Philbin look like Lombardi.

I remember seeing some NFL film on Steve Mariucci with the 49ers.He seemed like a strange dude and I couldn't believe he was a HC. Now we got Tresty not facing his team.

Hell,let me coach the Bears! I'll have no problem swearing,grabbing facemasks,tipping food tables,the whole 9 yards.
