I think the Saints get healthy tonight against the Bears. Bears will do ok at stopping the run but get destroyed by Graham.

This team has quit. The only way that they stay in this game is if they get some big turnover early or hit on a big play. The second something starts going against them in this game, everything is going to get shutdown.

I say they lose 38-20. Saints D is horrible and they still won't do shit.

Look for Christian Jones to make a billion tackles tonight, though.

I hope the Saints score 70 points tonight.

Fuck you, Emery, Trestman, Tucker and Cutler.

What a bunch of incompetent fucks.

Trestman is aware of what will happen if the Bears get blown out tonight. If Cutler can get 4 touchdowns in each of the next 3 games I will be in favor of bringing Trestman back.

Nothing good comes from a win tonight.

Go Saints.

I'm not serious. When was the last time the Bears offense scored 4 touchdowns in 3 consecutive games?

Did they last year? Maybe in '06 when they went to the SB? I really don't know.

I'm glad you aren't serious with that. Never know with you and the Bears though

Off the top of my head the only comments I made that I was completely serious about was the Bears making the playoffs and Cutler getting 40 touchdowns after his hot start. The 40 touchdown thing was an educated gamble. The Bears scored over 450 points last year IIRC. I expected them to at least do the same this year. Forte had never had more than 10 rushing touchdowns so it wasn't a stretch to think Cutler could put up 280 points through the air and ground in a pass happy offense.

TM, your post makes me physically and mentally erect.

This Bears "team" is as hateable as the 2004 Cubs under Dusty Baker. The only player free from disdain and scorn is Forte. He needs to ask for a trade out of Chicago.

I was wondering when the last season was where the Bears didn't score over 30 in any game, and it looks like 2004...with the immortal Craig Krenzel, Chad Hutchinson, Jonathan Quinn, and Rex Grossman.

If someone would have asked whether it was possible for that to occur this year (barring a Cutler injury), what would the odds have been? 100:1?

Even if he got injured we a thought Trestman was good enough to occasionally score 30.

Terry Shea getting it not done as your beloved's OC ... (T)he 2004 Bears had the third-worst offense, play-for-play, in their ranking history. Chicago's 231 points and 3,816 offensive yards were dead-last in the league in 2004. Their team quarterback passer rating was 61.7 for the year, also last.

Real fans are hoping the Bears get blown out in every remaining game so this shit fest gets fixed. Rooting for the Bears is rooting for Trestman.

So you want Trestman to return? Why? This is the Bears....if they win another game or 2, he's back for another year of hilarity.

I say lose every game and hire Harbaugh.

Harbaugh is not officially available yet, and Nas didn't say he wants Trestman back.

If the Bears win or lose these next 3 games, the decision should have already been made. 5-11, 6-10, 7-9, 8-8, it doesn't matter. If Trestman is back next year, it just proves the Bears record and the team's performance on the field and in the locker room has little or nothing to do with how the organeyezation is run.

I think Trestman is gone regardless. I'm not going to root against them but I'm not going to feel bad in the least if they lose.

The better draft pick is my main concern. I don't see Trestman being retained no matter what happens in the next 13 days.
