Fox also isn't a roster builder like Schottenheimer, Holmgren, or Parcells. Each of those guys found talent on their 2nd/3rd teams. That SB team was packed with talent from the Seifert era. The list of 2003 Panthers who were picked during the Campo/Seifert era include: Steve Smith, Muhsin Muhammad, Dan Morgan, Mike Rucker, Deon Grant, Kris Jenkins, and Mike Minter. Can anyone name a great player that developed under John Fox? He inherited the 2nd pick to get Peppers who a big reason why Seifert was awful in 2001 because Weinke was his QB, he got rid of Burlein too early.

I'd also say that while Belichick is an all-time great coach, he isn't the GOAT talent evaluator writers say he is.He took a flyer on Brady in the 6th round. I remember watching that 2001 SB when i was a kid. I still can't believe how much poise he played with.
