Now that we have a coach, one of his immediate issues is dealing with the defense that has been horrible the last few years.

Lot of talk about Dennis Allen being the new DC.

What type of defenses do Fox/Allen run?

Here's some info on Allen -

In addition, being able to disguise their coverages on the back end adds to the complexity of the unit, again making for quite the improvement over the man-exclusive defenses of years past.

One of the DT positions in a 4-3 defensive alignment. Usually the quicker and more disruptive of the two tackles on defense.
