Now that the Bears season is over in the first week of November, we'll have more time on Sunday to do things far more worthy than watching Bears games. What will that be? Golf? Fishing? Hunting? Home improvement? Convert to GB fan?

Afternoon nap will be on the top of my list, followed by long-distance running and raking leaves.

I'll be watching Bear games. Next one is on Monday night.

So the Bears aren't going to win 10 games?

Watching Bears games and thinking Dan Fouts would be a better option for QB.

I watched some of the first game. None of the rest. You didn't believe me when I said I only watched the game as a warmup to Doug and OB, but it was true.

The Bears are done. Another season without a playoff appearance. They can't get in with three divisional losses out of three divisional games played.

That said, I may watch the 1st half of games. And I'll tune in for the "North" post-game show. That's more entertaining than the game itself. I had no idea he has been doing that on 97.1 FM. It was great to hear him last week, just like old times. I'll take him over any of the bums on the Score. North should have a partner, though. Danny Mac phoned in, but it should be both of them doing it and taking calls. That's like HOF Bears post-game duo, on par with Doug and OB.

unlike some of you edgelords i'll be watching the bears games win or lose because it's what i do.

i've always said that 2002 was just about as fascinating of a season as 2001, only in reverse. the bears found ways to lose all the games that they found ways to win in 2001. yeah losing sucks, but hey what else are you going to do on the main screen when you've got redzone/fantasy/real-madrid-or-barca on the laptop?
