Fangio has this defense playing respectable using guys I never heard of. One guy got a sack today and I had no clue who he was.

That run D was so bad I was shocked the Broncos bothered to pass. But then again, when nobody is within 10 yards of your receivers, I guess it is hard not to fall into the temptation.

They played pretty good overall. In today's NFL,holding an opponent to 17 points is a solid effort.

The Bears defense is the most improved in the NFL since week one. Defense wasn't the Bears problem today. I like Gace, but he called a poor game today. Some of the calls in the red zone were curious. I absolutly hate hate hate the fade pass, unless you have a giant WR. Having said that, a fluke interception really hurt Cutty & the beloved in the 4th quarter.
This was another game that the Bears should have won. That makes 3 now this season.

The front 4 played OK. The linebackers and DBs were not good. Holding a backup QB to 17 points while not taking the ball away once is nothing to hang your hat on.
