This is assuming he plays 16 games, of course.

-1,285 rushing yards

-4.3 YPC average

-57 catches for 589

-15 combined rushing and receiving TDs

Stop crying over Forte. Langford will throw up a Forte season next year. And the Bears have him on the cheap for 3 more years.

langfrd made some big plays... but his YPC was a rather unimpressive 3.6, i dont think he's a lock to be a stud just yet

No. That's not a good average. But with a full season of playing he's gonna be able to bust a few more big runs to get that average over 4.0.

Langford is much better at short yardage and inside the 5 than Forte. Hell, he had 6 TDs in limited time this year.

Forte never lowered his shoulders to go through a guy. Langford will do that.

I think the combination of Langford and Carey will have pedestrian numbers on the ground but be able to match Forte in receiving. The Bears will stick with Langford for the next three years and then look to upgrade.

I wanna wait and see if they sign the RB from the Broncos before making a prediction here. I do like Langford tho, kinda surprised to hear the Bears are looking to nab a potential starter in FA
