I am putting something together as I am kind of a big deal. I wanted to see if we could get him to make an appearance. So I call up the NBC washington bureau expecting to get bounced around ultimately to a secretary who will give him a message. Well, the secretary said "I'll connect you" and I shit my pants in the next three seconds as he answered the call himself. We've never met but we proceeded to talk for about 20 minutes about Chicago and Rahm and his spending much of his youth in Cal City and Dalton. What a great guy!
