Good Dolphon may have been referring to my long time sighting of LOOUUU taking a Jog down the middle of Rush street about 5:30 on a friday, shirtless. LOL We all just kept yelling LOUUUUUUUU! because we all know the best place to jog on a Friday at 5:30 is down rush |

go to any summer street fest and you are pretty much guranteed to see midget lou and his guido crew, greased up and hitting on any chick in their direction. remember seeing him and his old radio partner, huge, at taste of lincoln ave and again accosting the female race. |
