Listening to M&H and hearing the Sutcliffe drunk tape knocked the memory banks

This year during the weekend of the cubs convention, we go to the lodge one night and we see "Big Red" in the back of the lodge.

Now if you are familar with the Lodge the back has a lower celing of about 6'6" soyes, I am shokced to see him there. he is standing over by the Golden tee talking to some guys and we are at the Jukebox.

I start filling the Jukebox and picking some songs when a cute little blond comes up and introduces herself as MeeGhan. Meeghan claims she will be doing the sideline reporting for the new Monday Night baseball in the 2006 season. she claims she just got the job this weekend with "Mr. Sutcliffe".

We talked a little more and she didn't seem to have really any sports knoweldge whatsoever, when "Mr. Sutcliffe" came over and wrapped his arm around Meeghan and whisked her out the back door of the Lodge. lol

Funny thing. Never seen Meeghan on ESPN still.

Yes, I make this post down sooner rather than later, but had to be done.

Nice effort on the Big red's parts

You really are from the suburbs. Were you in the middle of such a long dry spell that you needed to go to the tourist bars?

I'm embarrassed for you Big. It is like a big game hunter going to the zoo.

The Lodge

1. each year some of my guys have a HR contest, goes all year Losers take winner for dinner (Hugos), drinking etc all ove the famed Rush scum area...and that was the evening

2. I usually use the lodge as the first stop at about 4:30 for all parties to assemble when heading that way. Usually has a free Golden Tee, cheap drinks, empty. Great starter place.

Rarely even head that way anymore. Wrigleyhood resident, Ubberstein, Red Ivy last weekend
