My Dad is self employed works from home and does different background checks and paperwork for insurance companies. Apparently Johnny is applying for life insurance and was returning a call to my Dad. I was over there yesterday for a bit after work so I ended up answering the phone and took a message. I told him to beat the hell out of the Eagles and that Philadephia sucks. He laughed and said he knows its a big game and they're looking forward to winning big being on MNF.

Did you take down the digits for some good crank calling?

How do you know it was really him? Did he drop the phone at some point?

I got a hold of Carlos Marmol's cell phone number once. Any time he blew a save I would leave some scathing messages. He never answered any of my calls though and I lost the phone so the number was scattered to the wind. Such is life...

Nah. I will say that he has a 224 area code and lives in Gurnee.

Most of the Bears players live (or have 2nd homes) up here. It makes sense since Hallas Hall is just east of 94, on Rte 60.

If you get out and about on Thursday nights, you might see a Jay Cutler eating at Wildfire, On the Boarder, or Tsukasa of Tokyo...

If I'm in Gurnee on a Thursday night, chances are I'm more concerned about understanding why my life has gone so terribly wrong than I am about eating faux authentic suburban fusion cuisine.
