A business associate of mine lives in the same condo building as Bill Parcells in Dallas. I went to his house for a drink and ran into the Coach in the elevator. My friend had warned me that if we bumped into Parcells, that I couldn't say anything about the Cowboys. Talk about sailing, the weather, italian food (he has a table at an italian resto across the street and apparently eats most of his meals there), whatever. So when I saw him, I asked him about Air Force (that was his one head coaching job in college). He laughed and said "nobody has asked me about Air Force in 20 years." He said he likes their team this year... There are a couple of Rangers players that also live in the building. Didn't run into any of them. |
