Although I'm not sure why he's famous or where his money and juice come from. On Friday before I rolled over to Jimmy Green's to meet Hank, RPB, and Douchebag, I had to make a quick stop at Naha on Clark and Illinois. As I was pulling out of my parking space Billy was crossing the street. My partner yelled, "Hell no! Don't hit Billy Dec!"  The most amazing thing is that he's exactly 5 foot 8 and a half.

Noooooo...met him once. Even the guys who are 'friends' with him think he is a dick. But this is why he played the role of Ari Gold so well. For those who do not know, the role of Ari Gold is based on Ari Emanual, as in Rahm;s brother.
