I am sure you all know who he is. Regardless, he is the guy pictured below and the cubs have some legal battle with him.

Anyways, I must live very close to him, I assume he lives on Eddy, tonight, walking home I see him with his buddies. So, yes, it is 3 guys dressed normally and then Billy Cub. I am walking close enough to hear their conversation.

Basically, "Wanna take it to the UC tonight for the Bulls game?" "Sure why not" "I will not be denied"

cant tell you who said what.

But Billy the cub not backing down to Clark the Cub! LOL

1. They have like 2 or 3 different suits, but when I see them in the day I will venture to say it has never been cleaned and it smells.

I'll repeat, the idea for Poochie has its genesis in the Cubs seeing this guy's relative popularity and trying to eliminate him.

None of you heard the 30 minute interview Bernstein had with this guy? He claims to be a club promoter, or have a promotion business.

says he makes about $15K a year from doing this "hanging around" thing.

Next time I see him, I will walk by him and say nothing as I have always done.

Still just weird to be walking down the street on the same side and Billy the Cub is walking home.

do you say HEY? Put your head down, keep walking, ignore him like its a normal person just walking by you?
