Went with the wife to look at couches last night, stopped at The Room Place and looked around. Afterwards we noticed a new place across the street, Art Van. So drove there and immediately noticed it was valet parking. Looked in the window and everyone was in suits and there was a band and a bar. So figured it was closed for a private event. Asked the valet where to turn around and he said that the store was still open and it was their 1 year anniversary and all were welcome.

So went inside and looked at couches. It was best couch shopping experience anyone in the history of the earth has had..walk in and get greeted by 3 stunning models in plastic fake cocktail dresses. Lots of other models not working but attending were walking around. Lots of great food stands, had pot roast, roast turkey, shrimp cocktail, cake pops.

Then noticed that there was something going on on stage. Turns out Cindy Crawford was launching some sort of brand, I guess furniture. She was there, that model guy Nigel was there and two other famous fashion people I didn't know.

Salesman trying to tell me measurements of a couch and Im just nodding and watching the parade of smoking hot models walk by.

Didn't buy a couch, but had a great dinner there.

yea her couches don't look so special, I didn't look at any of her stuff, we were looking at big sectionals.

No models on couches as far as I can tell. I'd say there were about 10-15 perfect 10's walking around. Needless to say there wasn't a long line of people fighting me to pig out at the cakepop stand or the pot roast. Or maybe there was and the purge line to get in the bathroom stalls was out the door.
