Great guy. We talked about Mississippi, the blues and Chicago in the 80's. It was like a 30 minute trip and he stayed in the car to talk a few extra minutes. |

He's one of those guys I always felt happy for. Did his job, did it well, didn't cause a scene, kept on rising at WGN. A lifer, but in a good way. |
