2nd DUI in a year. Seriously man??

Grace was pulled over near 7200 E. McCormick Parkway for having an expired registration plate displayed on his vehicle. After speaking to Grace and administering standard field-sobriety tests, the officer determined probable cause to arrest Grace for DUI.

He was arrested without incident.

Grace was driving his vehicle without an interlock device (as was required) and his license was suspended for a prior DUI in Scottsdale on May 30, 2011.

Luis Gonzalez will take Grace's spot on the Fox Sports Arizona games on Friday and Saturday. Joe Garagiola will work Sunday's game.

Pretty sure that's where Charles Barkley got his DUI that resulted in jail time. Almost as bad as the Chicago suburbs for DUI enforcement.

It's not bad enough that you're getting a second DUI, but this is either a belief of entitlement or stupidity. If DRUNKIDIOT doesn't fit on an Arizona license plate, the above actions would do just fine. Between Grace and Zorich, my childhood sports guys are proving children shouldn't look at athletes as role models.

Damn....he is going to be screwed this time. I can't see him avoiding jail time in tent city for this one.

If AZ is anything like here he is screwed. In PA if you are caught driving after DUI without the interlock or on a DUI suspended license it is an automatic additional year of suspension. Thats not even counting if you are caught for another DUI. He is going to the slammer and will not drive for years.

Maybe he get a room with Jessie Jr and they can talk to the doc about all the chicks they have nailed.

I bet fake rehab is awesome. workout a ton, eat some good food, watch some TV, give your legal team 30-60 days to work on your dui issues or infidelity/prenup negotiations

I think Danmeneal might be the only celebish who sent to such therapy because he thought he needed it, not because he was caught and needed the Rehab Graduation Certificate to get out of a problem.

Grace did leave FOX after last season according to wikipedia. They didn't say if he quit or got fired.

I have to believe that there are a lot of half Mexican kids in Arizona that are legal citizens because of Gracie. These drunken nights don't always end with a DUI for him.
