You weren't paying attention. Gruden praised Cutler & the Bear D all evening.

Gruden is over the top but he did a nice job last night. He essentially called the Devin Hester TD pass, although he predicted more of a screen than a double move. But he knew the play was going Devin's way.

So what? All that Gruden does is praise everybody.

Gruden made me want to punch my TV earlier in the evening. His annoying over the top persona needs to be put down like an old dog.

Chris Mortenson gets a DB. He tweeted something about how Romo competed, and didn't care about the stats.

And if Cutler was the one throwing 5 INTs, you would be all over him, Mort. Grow a sack and say something negative about the Cowboys for once. They fucking deserve it after last night.

Great example. I think I heard him say something bad about Osama Bin Laden once also.

He doesn't like that he was a terrorist, but he said given his size and how heavy that turban was, he was able to make big moves in space.

Someone called him on it and his response was "long time Cutler fan".

He's a joke.

Completely agree

A lot of the media are trying to put the blame on Romos receivers. I cant even imagine what would be said about Jay

In fairness Dez Bryant gets some of that blame. He was awful last night. Romo was bad too, but its hard to blame the QB for drops and for the WR not even looking for the ball.

Oh i put a lot of blame on Bryant. He messed up big time but the experts (mostly the QBs) are making it a point to let us know it wasnt all Romos fault whereas those same guys would be shredding Jay to pieces. Theyd also be destroying him for the exchange with Tice on the sideline

Can I throw one at ex-ESPNer Doug Gottlieb? He mentioned Tony Romo in the same breath with Brett Favre yesterday in the 5P hour near the end of the "Boers & Bernstein Show" during his "CBS Sports Minute". Are you kidding me?!

2 INTs were directly on the WRs, 3 were on Romo (which still doesn't make it any better).

He seemed worse than ever last night. Every time they showed the booth he was bouncing all over the place. If I didn't know any better I'd think a guy that acts like that and never sleeps at night..................

.......is probably a nice muffer in real life.....

And we get him again in 3 weeks. :|

Romo was pretty was sharp during the first half. 2nd half was a different story, but he was running for his life and getting killed most of time.

I'll tell you what. Jay Cutler....that GUY is a GUNSLINGER.....The Outlaw Josey Wales.....Gruden needs to work on his pop culture references. By my count last night we got a Josey Wales a Tommy Hearns and a Larry Lujack reference last night. Even the grobber thinks your references are dated.

Gruden is really good at predicting the upcoming play. Hes almost always right. I always knew that Jaws sucked & that Gruden would be better without him. Gruden is a lot better this year. No more "this guy" stuff. I'm not much of a Tirico fan, but the MNF broadcast is a hell of a lot better this year.

Incorrect. Gruden was all over Dez Bryant & the Cowboys OL last night.

Jon Gruden needs the kind of decaf The SCORE's Mike Mulligan & Laurence Holmes should be drinking. I don't think he & Mike Tirico see eye to eye and there are times where Tirico would love to strangle his partner during stand-up shots.

Well that's mostly because Tirico is five feet tall.
