Shame on you. Embarrassing post race comments.

You should really, really struggle to get a sponsorship after that.

After having over an hour to calm down, said that Gordon made his team 'look like a bunch of retards'.

Denied

It's NASCAR

The fact that he can speak a complete sentence, regardless of whether or not he uses an offensive term is a minor miracle.

Also, Jeff Gordon is a burrito pud...

I also don't see how a guy who has not won a Cup Championship can comment on how a 4 time champion is supposed to act.

Bingo.

Especially after initiating the whole thing.

Edit: way to wait until after all of the heavy lifting was done to sprint to the scene.

Not sure that would even be enough. :( :?

Keselowski could finish last, JJ would have to finish in the Top 20.

I just don't think I can be associated with a league like this.

That is a mentally challenged statement.

Nascar would be stupid to suspend Gordon. Casual people will be tuning in to see what happens. Say what you want about Gordon and Boywer but when was the last time Nascar was was in the conversation on an NFL Sunday? Driver feuds and wrecks is what draw in the occasional fan. We all know that the racing is not compelling enough.

The Chase so far hasn't been interesting enough. Ratings have very poor in most races. I think Nascar would invite a bump from a Clint/Jeff "what's gonna happen?" story line.

I've already seen comments from Mikey Waltrip, Hamlin, Logano ripping Jeff. Mikey can shove it up his ass for all I care. Logano has reason to be pissed and Hamlin should worry about why he tanked in the chase before worrying about this. The guys seemed to be heated in the post race on Speed as well.

Brad seems to not realize that what he was accused of last week is not what happened in this situation. Some thought he was pushing the limits at the end to get the W last week and today's incident was a blatant retaliation move culminating from an entire year of heat between the 2 drivers.

I agree with you UMN. It's different but I think Nascar has to show everyone that Jeff doesn't get a free pass (LUCKY DOG!) just because he is Jeff.

I do feel bad for Logano. I actually like Jeff so I'm glad he took out Bowyer. Don't know enough about Bowyer and haven't watched closely enough to know what he has done to Jeff all season.

Doing it under a black flag may seal the deal on a suspension. If he wasn't so blatant about his intentions and defiant to their orders he would probably just get the probation and fine deal.

For the record:

This DB of Bowyer is separate from what happened on the track. This is terrible. He had over an hour to calm down and collect his thoughts. He had already met with BOTH of his "superiors": NASCAR and MWR. Although, judging by MW's comments, he probably didn't help things much.

I agree, Bowyer has to be more professional with that much time to cool off.

Can you imagine an NFL QB coming out 2 hours after a controversial game and saying what Bowyer said???

It makes sense now why douchebag posted in regard to a nascar thread.
