This is douchebag worthy on so many levels. A guy serving 60 years for murder in Indiana was transported to Cook County to face charges on a 1992 (!) robbery case, and then when those charges were dropped as expected, they released the guy -- not remembering that he was in jail for murder! And then they waited a full day to inform the public that a convicted murderer was loose.

What a bunch of fucking idiots. I will say that if they catch the guy, he should plead not guilty to "escaping" (unlike the other morons who got caught recently). If it were you, would you try to strike a deal for your return...maybe ask them to knock 10 years off the sentence in exchange for your surrender?
