Where did Hub step out? On what? He actually didnt do anything...which is what cost him. If Hub started the paper, or tried to get an internet site, or went to video...on and on, but he basically is a guy who was given a business and in his own words "didnt know how to do anything else"...I am the first one to applaude someone for stepping out and going for it....I know what it takes because I did it.
And I am about as far from staying on a path as can be....Guess you have no clue as to what it takes to build a house, or mutiple houses/condos and try and sell them...?? That's putting your ass on the line!
