Bad element hanging with some of those surf crowds. Much easier to be homeless on a beach, when you blend in with a bunch of people going for the beach bum look. Got a feeling the Newport residents didnt storm the surf and dive shop looking to steal.

Warm weather, popular events always attract a bad element. Go down to French Quarter in Winter, Daytona spring break, etc. Feels like my whole life I have seen the same scumbags. Yes, this group looks very familar and on top of everything, they are complete assholes. Basically harass people.

Meh. I prefer to think I was a shifty Urban Youth that tricked those poor bros into fighting by stealing one bro's Monster energy drink and blaming it on another.
