No way, Dudley's Dad the Giant probably accidentally killed him and Sam was a ticking time bomb with the Ginger hair, kidnapping, and living with the third version of a family. If he didnt OD, it would be an upset

i remember the episode where Dudley's dad got lung cancer, but then at the very end of the episode when he's leaving the Drummond's he lights one up, it was very shocking to me at the time .

It's a generational & experience thing. I still am bothered by the word and most will get an angry response from me. It isn't trivial to me, nor do I think it gets people more focused on the trivial here. It shows either a lack of respect by the user or a bit of misguided familiarity except for a very select few people I'm close to.


Why is that? You're not that much older than me and I think we grew up in similar areas but our views are very different when it comes to a few issues dealing with race and the n-word is one. My sister went to school with you and whenever I rant about MLK she gets upset and it's the same way when it comes to all of the words. I think I share your views on most issues of race but the words really don't matter as much to me as they once did. I can say I evolved over the past 5 to 10 years. I would always get pissed to the point of wanting to fight or actually fighting but I realized I was giving that person and those words too much power over me. Maybe I'm just too soft now.
