Just read the story and of course his attorney goes with the "Anyone could have been on that motorcycle defense"

But AZI HA IDIOT was wearing an Ankle GPS locator due to some proceedings of him trying to become a citizen. Thus his location matches the route of the police chase!

Now, why this takes more than 15 seconds to send this guy back to Algiers boggles the mind!
