Yeah, we ditched out about halfway through Misfits...we scored some "STAFF" bracelets that got us through the fence and into the backstage areas, where we quickly were able to walk out without any crowd at all...which was nice. The bracelets also let us waltz into the ultra VIP and snag a few free cocktails.

We had 3 day vip and left early each day...I was wiped out. Had my 4 yo up on my shoulders for most of 2 days. We didn't bring him last night.

I can't believe that any of those Luna people gave a shit about weed...that's lame.

Seemed like a bunch of people were tossed on social media about Morrissey. He's been a known tool for a long time so I'm not sure why this is a revelation.

According to one of the stagehands, Morrissey did not like the shade of blue the security staff were wearing and forced the company to get them all new shirts.
No one who had potential garlic on their breath was to interact with him...or else.
Apparently he is also strict about NO women or children backstage.
Absolutely no one is to take any photos of his logo on his instrument cases.

And yeah, the whole meat thing...

He also forced the service cart to shut down early at dinnertime, that would have provided nourishment to all the staff and stage techs after laboring in the sun all day, because apparently the "burning carcass" smoke was wafting too close to his green room area.

and coming out 40 minutes late for a 1.5 hour set at a fest with a hard time limit pissed off many potential sympathizers to his cause.

I'm generally for people wanting to make statements about their political views/lifestyle choices, but in a very meat-centric town like Chicago this is just a primadonna dick move. This is why people hate vegans :lol:
