The guy who successfully sued Donald Trump for blocking him on Twitter is an egomaniac that makes Julie look shy and reserved. He's been accused of beating his wife (arrested on a DV charge, restraining order issued, but record later expunged) and being an unprofessional doctor, and most recently was accused by a former girlfriend of sexual assault. This morning he launched into a 15+ tweet thread trying to clear his name, where he gave lewd and lurid details about a supposed sexual encounter with this woman, and summed it all up by saying that she was the one assaulting him, and she was the obsessive one, not him, but admitted that yes he did use a burner Twitter account (assuming the identity of a female doctor) to interact with this girlfriend but only to try to push her away so she would leave him alone (yes, really).

The guy is one of the raging, Too Online narcissists that have cropped up in the last 10 years or so.

He also got fired from his residency because he was just not a good doctor.

I'd say the fact he was a resident with time to post on Twitter was sign #1 he wasn't a good doc.
