Is our currency Discriminatory to the Blind?

Nope. Well, the question is worded wrong. You should have asked, "Would a dollar coin cost more to make then 20 paper dollars, over the next 20 years?". A dollar coin would last easily 20 times as long as a paper dollar.
Would we lose them more often? Probably. That's why coin dollars suck.

The only thing that our currency discriminates against is those without access to it.
Sure, blind people cannot see it. but then again they cannot see anything else either can they? So then by this viewpoint, everything is discriminatory against blind people.
