Are racial quotas racist?

Are racial quotas not being discussed in the highest courts in the US right now?

Are the people who were given preference because of the color of their skin getting into schools of higher learning bad people necessarily?

Are the people who were denied entry to the above schools because of the color of their skin bad people and deserved to be denied?

Is a comment that insults another's education level to be decided by the color of the recipient's skin color?

Are Donald Trump and John McCain relative to the above in any way, shape, or form?

Should a proven decorated combat veteran with PTSD be mocked and insulted with regularity here?

Would a black proven decorated combat veteran with PTSD be allowed to be attacked on this board?
