2+ hours to get home because of the third year of their Kennedy improvements.

Then you ride on the portions that have already been rehabbed and there are pot holes.

you dont even want to know how much money and time is wasted getting through the engineering phase trying to comply with federal strings/regulations. im not a cut all regs guy but they do make things take longer and its too bad common sense and laws are not able to co-exist because both items have merit
