I think it was put best, somewhere in an article I read, where if you win this case...every bad call in a game could potentially get taken to court because of the precedent set.

My feeling is: it was won in overtime. Whether or not it should've gotten to that point, it did. Fenwick could've stopped them from getting in the endzone--and at the very least, stop them from converting the 2 points.

If the coach from Plainfield North conceded victory, he would have no respect from his players ever again. And he'd probably lose his job.
