Something about the officer reaching out the window and choking the kid and the kid trying to get away. When he finally does the officer shot him twice. The kid fell to his knees with his hands up and allegedly said "I don't have a weapon. Stop shooting" but the officer shot him several more times. The initial story about them stealing wasn't true. Apparently the only crime they committed was walking in the street.

So looking at that again, I'm not entirely sure - other than something dovetailing off the usual 'small brain, small dick' theories - why they are dressed in camouflage to stand in the middle of a street. One of my old business partners used to say, "You would be surprised at the things that escape otherwise intelligent men." I just don't think anyone ever gives a thought to the actual purposes of camouflage. It's just what tough military guys wear. In fact, we've reached a point where camouflage means a specific pattern like Burberry rather than actually camouflaging anything.
