He didn't say how old the servers were. Last spring I went to a Lenten fish fry at the Arlington Heights Knights of Columbus. There the servers were high school students -- too young to serve alcohol. We had to go up to the bar to get and pay for our drinks. We took turns with "I buy, you fly." It was no big deal.

The fish fry's that I have gone to, you pick up your plate at the kitchen, the dessert is on a separate table and the refreshments are in seperate areas. The "help" is only there to help clean up, not serve people.
