I think you have it backwards about who is embarrassing themselves about this.
From the "The gun in his hand was aimed at the officer, but he wasn't POINTING it at him!" guy? Settle down, counsel. Stick to policing Latin usage.

You're the dumbass who tried to use a Latin phrase to try to sound smart. Don't blame me for calling you out for your incorrect usage of it.
What was incorrect about the usage?

I don't remember anymore. And as far as comparing me and shakes to Julie, how is your wannabe radio career working out for you?
Because I'm pretty sure you just got uppity that I, a non-lawyer, DARED to use a latin phrase commonly "reserved" for lawyers.

And I must say that I'm offended: I didn't compare you AND shakes to Julie, one of you got to be Sheryl.

Also, are you actually interested in how my career is doing? I can't tell if you're being sarcastic and trying to demean me!

Like the fact that Brooks was pointing the weapon he had just fired at the pursuing officer?

Do you not understand the role of the trier of fact in a trial? Didn't Google Law teach you that yet?
What special definition of "pointing" do THEY use?

It's up to THEM to decide that. This is the problem with internet lawyers. They don't understand the role of the trier of fact.
"Pointing" is pretty cut and dry, why would they need to redefine it?

Is it cut and dry? Obviously this thread shows that it isn't.

Frank I dont pretend to be lawyer or are familiar with trial law at all but if something like pointing a tazer and firing at someone which is shown on tape has to be adjudicated to see if they were actually pointing a tazer at someone and firing it to see if thats factual . Wow.

It's one of the certainties of the board.

You don’t think he would be defending the cop if he were black? The race is irrelevant here.

That's laughable.

Thanks Tucker. Good video proof that the cop is innocent.
Also, Georgia law says he's innocent so the corrupt DA needs [redacted].

BURN IT DOWN BURN IT ALL DOWN

Thanks G_d-PBUH-for Tucker. Nobody even near him on YOURTVs. A hero.

He won't run but a sure shoo-in in 2024 with Kristi, if he did.

And in conclusion as Tucker and that FBI guy said, what's coming to YOURCITYPOLICEDEPTs is gonna be horrible. LOLOLO ENJOY

Again, you are showing your ignorance as to the role of the fact finders in a trial. Trials consist of more than googling legal standards.

So it has to be up to the jury whether Brooks pointed the taser at the pursuing officer, that's your stance?

Along time ago far away wasn’t it legal to shoot a fleeing felon? My question is not about this case’s facts.

It's a shame that this thing escalated to the point it did, but if you take a weapon from and point it at the police there is a high probablity of you being shot.

No. I don't remember the exact details surrounding every post I make. And I feign interest in you career because you compared me to Julie. I'm guessing Julie has been more successful in her radio career than you.

My stance is it is up to the jury to decide whether or not the officer was justified in shooting the guy in the back as he was running away. Whether or not he was "pointing" a "weapon" at him is only one of the factors they will consider in making that decision.

Eventually this was going to happen. Here, Seattle or wherever. It is chaos. I think it was Jorr that said rioting, looting and all that is now legal just like sanctuary cities.

I will sit on my big ass DenisDman deck on the outskirts and watch the movie.

Generally a play on Obama’s elections have consequences is People get what they ask for. When the people are more tired than mad they will look back to conformity, normalcies and safety. Will it be there?
