from my understanding the Pacers/NBA couldn't come up with any proof that Ja and his people aimed a laser into the Pacers bus so they couldn't punish him. But, based on the totality of the evidence and what we know now I'm putting the chances at about 99% that Ja and his people flashed guns and pointed a laser into the Pacers bus.
