Feds using RICO to freeze Diddy's assets probably part of the motivation for Buzbee to go after tertiary party-goers--they still have liquid assets available to cover settlements.

Yeah, zero to be gained calling Buzbee's bluff and having him file a public record lawsuit. Even if it's a lawsuit you might be able to win, the process of fighting it is going to leave you so covered in Santorum that you'll forever be guilty by association from the public's pov, even if not guilty in a court of law.
