1. This is the Tigers but Sox just have to get this one in for some fucked up reason even though rain in the forecast.

2. Our crew of 3 wanted to move from the bleachers to avoid the rain and under get the deck in the last row of section 152. No one is in the section. Once we sat down we had Auntie Madea give us the business and kick us out. Excellent. I think we'll just leave the ballpark instead Caller Bob.
You should have just moved to sec 150, 151, 149, or tried over in RF. You would have easily been able to sit somewhere.

Or the White Sox could use common sense and realize there customer was trying to get out of the rain and the section they were guarding was empty.

Thats ridiculous

I have seen this a couple time. Is O'Tooles some kind of shit hole?

Its not a shit hole, it's just a sports bar. Wings, Burgers, etc. bar height tables, in a lower level dive like atmosphere.

I will guess Carroll might have said "Not too much $$$" as he isnt making MLB money FT yet, so I will give dunn the out.

dinner and drinks for 35 at Timothy Otooles about $700
dinner and drinks for 35 at Hugos about $2500

Yep. It's not a dive bar but the guy was looking for a recommendation to celebrate with family after achieving a long worked for life goal. It would be like sending him to Hooters.

Think about all the nice, family owned restaurants within a mile radius of the cell that would have been thrilled with the business and given them a really good meal.

I'm just bitching because I have been argumentative the past couple of days. That is a true gentlemanly move by Dunn. His choice of restaurants shows that he is a hayseed in the big city with too much money.

I agree. But there are going to be overzealous ushers regardless of the crowd being 8000, or 38,000. Point being that there are plenty of ways to sneak around the Cell when attendance is very low.

Just crazy that we're clearly not trying to sneak closer to the dugouts or behind home plate in 120s-140s. It's the freaking last row of a right field corner section. We moved during mid-inning so we didn't see all the ushers at first. But your're right, sure enough after getting bounced we saw didn't even appear to have ushers.

The 1st two games I've gone this year I paid for good seats 2 rows behind Sox dugout and 1st row behind Indians. Neither time did they check the tickets and people moved closer and closer. Whatever the seats are empty so I don't care. But shit, yesterday it's raining and the park is only a quarter full. Fuck the people that actually made the effort to go right (Maybe that was the goal since I think 30%-40% were Tigers fans )?

As an aside, Eaton is a treat to watch. Kid can ball and he's great with fans signing for all the little kids.

Oh I agree. Common sense should be used. But give some people a little bit of power and you see what happens. Like I said though, move 2, 3 sections over and surely you would have seen a common sense usher, or not have seen an usher at all.

To the Sox defense, I have seen plenty of dumbfuck people at the Cell who have tickets for way out in the outfield and literally cannot find their seats. Or they sit behind the dugout and don't realize that their tickets are actually 9 sections over in row 28 over and not behind the dugout. I've heard the response "but the ticket says lower box," more than once. People really are stupid at times.
