Saw this weird fucker on three oaks road riding on in the road like he was competing. Now, traffic was having to slow down and this chump had taken so much of the road up that the traffic had to slow down and wait for oncoming traffic to clear before they could go around him. Best part is there's a goddamn paved 3 foot wide path along the street but noooooo Lance had to be in the street instead of the damn path because he's a dork.
