These four pudwhacks, from Canada mind you, elected to change the lyrics to the Canadian National Anthem ... they changed "With glowing hearts we see thee rise, The True North strong and free" into "we're all brothers and sisters...all lives matter to the grave" because of too much maple syrup or whatever. Unless you're raising a fist in the Olympics, nobody needs a political statement during a national anthem. Not to mention that they didn't include the actual change made earlier this month. It wasn't on our TVs because of course nobody otherwise cares about the Canadian anthem unless it's a hockey game, in which case its majesty should be on display. https://twitter.com/BillCooney/status/753018770646503425 |
